Something Seriously Random

The economy sucks. Inflation is up. Unemployment is up.
We are at war with one country and on the verge of war with another country. The food banks are running out of food. Thousands of homes stand empty while homeless shelters are overflowing with men, women and children. The globe is warming. People are hungry and cold and desperate. The animals are dying out. AIDs is rising. The oceans are rising. The politicians ARE LYING. People are thieves and liars and murderers. These things are all happening to the world. These things are all happening to me.

But these truths will not change me. I will change them. Just by virtue of being. I am the counterculture ever pushing against the ocean. One tiny drop at a time, one word at a time, one glance at a time I will make things go right. I will spread love like a virus. Each one that is infected will join me until there is no 'me' anymore... until we are an army. And so the world will change. Until someday, we truly know peace.
